The air conditioner in our room did not work and they did not give us a new room till the next mid morning. Front desk people were not helpful at all. Water didnt work in toilet. The only thing good about our visit was Sean, the beach manager.

View is breathtaking. The beach and water was incredible. Room are very clean and inviting. Love the design (relaxing). The onsite restaurants were very expensive and the service does not meet the pricing. Bar was also expensive and the drinks were not will made and of poor quality.

We loved this place! Only issues we had was the TV remote struggled at times and a lock was not working on the sliding door but we had a work around for that. The beach was awesome and The Patio restaurant fantastic. Snorkeling here is very cool. Many different fish to see, as well as sea turtles and other ocean creatures. Staff was very nice / professional and helped us right away if needed!

We loved this place on our very first visit to St. Thomas and we just had to come back. The resort has so much to offer and an amazing beach. There is a sand only portion along with coral areas for snorkeling. If you want more adventure, you can sign up for diving or cruises with the charter on site. Don't forget the food and multiple dining options right next to the beach for a beautiful view. There are local grocery stores and night life in Red Hook just 5 minutes away. We happened to catch a small storm and the resort was ready, we barely noticed any change. They have a generator for full power so you don't skip a beat. Just a great place to stay and relax.

I loved our hillside condo. Very clean and up to date. The only issue we had was the television in the bedroom was not working. I asked for help to fix it several times but no one ever came to look at it.
