Very good apartment style hotel
Was in town for FBI grad. Hotel is just a hair away from the other hotels in the area (like 4-5min down the road) off a small side street. Was pleasantly surprised by the room which is actually an good sized efficiency apartment with a living room, small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with work area. Check in was easy and pleasant. The property was immaculately clean. There is a small gym and guest laundry within the courtyarded building. I was only here for one night, but it's where I'd definitely want to stay if I had been in town for any extended amount of time.

This property was very clean and comfortable, and had easy access to rooms. Parking was close to all rooms. Fully equipped suite, included dishesWe had a small dog, and they accommodated us in one of the dog rooms. On the negative side, and very disturbing to us was the fact that the room was not ready at 4pm when we got there. After speaking to someone on the phone prior to our visit, I was assured that we would be in after 3. Unfortunately, it was close to 100 degrees outside and the only place with AC was the little gym. We sat on the treadmills with our dog for well over an hour. They did a great job cleaning and worked very hard, but could not cut us a break for the discomfort because "we booked through Expedia". We had to delay our dinner with family because of the delay.

The room was super clean, the bath room was super clean, bed's comfortable A/C unit working great and easy to to manage.the floor/carpet was also very clean. everyone was very friendly. the place was quiet. It was very clean. No elevator to 2nd floor but wasn’t an issue for us. Very clean room with everything we needed. The outside smoking areas were a little dirty but not a deal breakers.
