linens in room were stained. asked manager for new linens and they had hair on them, the manager actually removed and ended up getting me different blankets. the bathroom drain was clogged and ended up taking a shower with tub halfway full over water- mind you my shower was only about 5 mins. they needed up switching our rooms. no compensation was ever offered. just gross.

Stopped in person to cancel due to "Winter Storm Warning". Told there was no manager available. Expedia called in parking lot and they too were delayed and dodged so as not to honor my attempt to cancel. Bad customer service and will lie to your face.

Extremely clean hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff, and a delicious breakfast which is more extensive than most other hotels at the same price point. You will not regret booking here.
