Disappointing breakfast Filthy yard in front of property for dogs to relieve themselves. Irresponsible dog owners and lots of goose excrement which should be tended do at least daily by the staff at property. Poor soundproofing between rooms and particularly in the halls Some of the Property front desk personnel are difficult to understand/ heavy accents

Breakfast was essentially the same thing every day, scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, etc. Good but repetitive.

Comfortable and Friendly
The Hampton Inn & Suites is my usual go to place to stay in Stamford. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is convenient and free. I have found the management to be very helpful and will go out of their way if an issue comes up to help make your stay wonderful.

they would not recognize the booking we made for our guests. So, eventually our guests had to make a new booking using their credit card. This was very embarasing for us.

Staff friendly, handy for downtown Stamford. Room was very clean and comfortable but little things needed attention like the windows being scratched and the fastenings being very old and fragile. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom as well. Definitely not big enough deals to not stay again but a little disappointing.
