I did not stay there, and I should have been refunded. The hotel was in a terrible location, and the room had a bad odor; they charged guests to park their cars and needed room service. I checked in and out 20 minutes after my arrival. The front desk said they understood and would vouch I did not stay there.

Good room, parking tight, security?
Good room/overall, but parking was tough, and I have a handicap tag yet there weren’t any such spaces available when I returned to the hotel after a night out. Also, is there any security in the garage if anyone can enter? I didn’t see any security guard, nor did I see any patrol car or similar.

we checked in to our assigned room only to find out that the lights were on and one of the beds slept in!! we quickly exited the room and went downstairs and reported to the help desk. Expecting some sort of "so sorry and here's free breakfast as symbol of being terribly embarrassed about it" all we got was "sorry and here's your new room"! ...when in the morning we discussed this with the new desk person we got the response "you reserved this room with Expedia and we can't do anything about it ... but here's additional reward points"! which we will never use since we won't go back to a Hilton hotel ...
