the receptionist was rude and had a attitude. The rooms weren’t good at all found hairs from who knows what on the bed, sheet had cigarette burn marks, bathroom towels were dirty, and some the outlets didn’t even work. overall don’t go here find a different place.

I was actually surprised for what i got or my money. The only problem was that I drive a large truck and access was difficult. Not the hotel but the roads that lead to it.

There are two rude, unprofessional front desk staff. They yell and disrespect the guest at hotel. They hang up the phone when you are talking to them. Tv in the room doesn’t not work, they allow people to hang out, drink, vape and smoke outside the hotel. They also allow anyone to hang out, smoke in front of guest doors Garbage around the hotel, cigarette buds. You need to get better staff worker for the front who check in customers. Two individuals you have there the past two days need to appreciate they have a job and be respectful to every guess in hotel. Those two individuals treat the guest who give them them money under the table nicer. Their behavior is not good for this hotel. Hire someone who will respect all guest not only the one giving money to them Their behavior does not look good for the hotel. They need to be terminated not good for budiness

This time, I'm really going to be negative about what I've gone through last night. As soon as I mentioned that I had a reservation, their first words were, "They weren't able to find the reservation." Which led me to call Travelocity directly. After being on the phone them for close to a.half hour, they were able to resolve the issue. When I got back, they found the reservation. The man that worked there during the evening then said, "In future, use your legal name to make things easier." That part I have no problem with. But, the ironic part is, the many times I was there, they never gave me a problem (until now). But aside from that, the man then proceeded to give me a smoking room as they were out of non-smoking rooms (which is what I reserved initially). Hopefully they get better in their approach when it comes to resvervations be it from Travelocity or any other site.

Staff member made reservations mistake and at 8:30 pm front desk called to go see him. This staff was rude, screaming and very unprofessional for a mistake they did. The staff in the morning made a mistake and his way of handling this situation was yelling at the customer who was already laying in bed who is not at fault. He is rude unprofessional and has no business yelling at the customer the way he did. And on top of that he wanted to charge more money than what was originally paid for. This individual should not be working at the front desk he lacks in customer service. His behavior is unacceptable and bad for business at this hotel. He also got into another argument with someone else as I was in the lobby. He was in patient and I was overcharged.

Very disappointed. TV had very bad reception. Couldn't even eatch it. Cover for remote fell off. Atnight, nothit or warm water. In Hotels.com saud it offered breakfast. It did not. In room didn't even gave a coffee maker.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Holes in walls, unfurnished spackle in areas, bathroom tub area disgusting. People apparently living here and cooking in their van even. Overall kind of dirty. No shine on any window in the joint. Kind of afraid to touch anything to be honest with you..
