Summary:
Built on a small quiet estate with wooded land and access to Lake Memphremagog, this spacious intergenerational house offers a friendly and warm living space for memorable holidays with family or friends. Separated from the main unit, the garden level has two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Constellation chalet is located 15 minutes from downtown Magog, 20 minutes from Mont Orford and 25 minutes from Newport, Vermont. A few minutes walk from the chalet, a path on stilts, with observation areas gives access to Lake Memphremagog. Several animals can be observed there: deer, great blue herons, bustards, turtles, etc.
Boat descent and possibility of rowboat and pontoon rental at the Fitch Bay marina located 5 minutes from the cottage. Parking available at Forand Park next to the marina.
Hébergia is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused.
