The hotel is just an old hotel, could use some love from corporate.
The staff were absolutely horrible, on a level I have not experienced in years. The short, round desk agent (not being mean just no name tag) took an amazing day and turned it into a horrible experience. She was having issues locating our reservation, dismissed us and told us to call the booking agent. Called Comforts main reservation, very nice, who stated no issues and she should be able to find it.
After a bunch of Bach and forth, snotty faces and aggression, both with us and her own reservations staff, we decided to cancel and leave.
Decent property horrific staff. Corporate or the GM at the very least needs to reevaluate the front desk agent on duty for Sep 16ths PM shift.
