Chickadee Retreat is a single level home in a family friendly neighborhood tucked in Star, Idaho away from the hustle and bustle. The family room features a large sectional recliner couch plus an additional recliner. The big screen tv is perfect for movie nights, sporting events, or catching up on the latest news. The office space with double doors should make remote work or school a breeze. The home sleeps 7 with a King in the Primary, Twin trundle in the second bedroom, and then a Twin over Full bunkbed in the third bedroom. The Primary bedroom mattress is adjustable making it easy to find comfort for both sleepers' individual preferences (Sleep Number). The quaint backyard has a nice covered patio and grill. The neighborhood features a park within walking distance from the home that has a playground, pond, walking path, outdoor exercise equipment, and an extensive area of grass to play!

Long list of check out requirements
Anyone looking to rent from this property management company should first have a close Look at the expectations at move out. First management company will lock you out of the house until 4 PM even when the house is ready to our prior. Next, the move out, checklist includes emptying all the trash cans washing all the dishes, Then putting all the dishes back in the cabinets. Not just have dishwasher running but plan ahead to even put dishes
