This hotel was so bad i checked out a night early and booked a different hotel. There are no staff, the "concierge desk" has an unplugged telephone and buckets of paint behind it, the rooms are extremely old, and I itched all night in the bed, which i assume was bedbugs or something else.

We never met anyone at the property-it was all by email. Not sure I like that,but I understand. The room/suite ( as there were 4 adults and we needed extra room) was lovely! So unique! Our building was on a point in a square (noisy at night) that people would take pictures of. Very pretty.

The room is a spectacular large vintage room with vaulted ceilings. The lactation is in the heart of the old town literally on the main walking road to most sites. It is a little noisy during the day but it was not a problem. The checkin process was not smooth- it is a digital code entrance with no lobby staff and we did not receive the code in advance and had to call when we arrived so they would email it to us. The communication could be better on what the process is and getting the code in advance.

The fact that the entry code would be delivered the day of check in was not communicated so that caused some stress. We had to call in for a couple of things, but the staff was very responsive and friendly. The location is amazing just a short walk to Charles bridge. The property is old and rustic, but completely modern and comfortable. I would come back next time I visit.

The luxury room was absolutely beautiful and in walking distance to most of the attractions and restaurants. The only downfall is parking, that’s a nightmare. We had to book a parking garage and take Uber to hotel.

City Center with Friends
The apartments are in a great location of the city, easy to access and not far from public parking. I messaged the hotel to prior to knowing this to reserve parking however and they did not respond. The person who cleans the rooms left us with no toilet paper. I would stay again simple because it’s an excellent location, safe security measures and is clean and comfortable.

I am writing in English so that more people can read this, and I hope it is useful. First, the hotel has no reception, no service, no cleaning, no repairs, and no support. Second, the room was very smelly, and the floor and the toilet were dirty. We spent two hours trying to get an entry code with the help of a kind woman from the neighborhood. We argued with the hotel staff on the phone, and they told us in Czech (as translated by the kind neighbor) that people can wait if necessary. It was unbelievable. In short, the owner of this hotel chain (Aresz) does not have enough capital to organize a properly functioning hotel with a competent service crew. They interestingly call everything "eco." The staff were unprofessional and impolite. If anyone needs a cheap room and does not care about comfort, this hotel chain is exactly what you need.

Absolute great location in the heart of Old Town! Beautifully appointed apartment. Can get a little noisy at night, but just because it's a popular area and people are having fun-- so nothing to get frustrated about. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is perfect for visiting Prague. It is a very short stroll along a lovely street to the Charles Bridge. The building is historic and kept in very nice condition. Our room was spacious, clean and had a large bathroom and nice shower. The only issue I would mention is that the air conditioner wasn’t great. If you like a very cool room you might be disappointed. It was perfectly fine for us. I would very highly recommend this hotel!!
