The staff, both the receptionist Géorgie and cleaning staff Dragona were responsive and attended to our needs. This is the best part! The property is located in the centre in a convenient location. The room is modern and tidy, equipped with full amenities. The air conditioning in Amelia needs a full servicing or a replacement. Also, there was a consistant plumbing issue. The property is shared with other tenants and residents. The building’s common area was not well maintained and not clean.

Friendliest staff always willing to help you with amazing suites, well maintained, very clean and very central in the best part of Belgrade. Free espresso and bottle water is an added plus.

The location of this property was excellent. City center and we were able to walk everywhere with ease. The staff was amazing! I had a few problems with a couple of tours I had booked and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. The staff was so pleasant I felt like they were my friends. When I go back to Belgrade, I will stay at this hotel. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

The property is centrally located. About 10 mins walking distance from the main square. The room I stayed in was beautiful, and spacious. And the staff I interacted with, Milica and Djordje, were very helpful and accommodating.

This property is in prime location, staff super friendly, room's interior very modern and practical, housekeeping done daily plus bed sheets changed every other day, mini bar loaded with drinks + espresso machine. Made a mistake by renting a car which was waste of money, no parking available other than multi-level garages so I ended up paying 1500 RSD (13 Euro) every 24 hrs. If you staying here don't rent a car.
