Bar has been lowered
The beds are supremely awful. Lumpy concrete is basically what they feel like. They also allow dogs which we found out by having 2-3 across the hall that barked for 10 solid minutes every time someone entered a room nearby or walked by. Their owner was nice enough to enter their own room a dozen times at 4:00 a.m. while talking in a daytime voice and slamming the door every time. We will never stay here or any Hampton again.

If you are looking for a minimalist place to stay for a night then this might do. I however, will search for a different place next time I am in town. The pros: the staff is very nice. The location is perfect for shopping, dining out, & close to campus. The bed is comfy. The cons: the pillows are awful & need to be replaced (they are thin & floppy). The tub was stopped up & water was at ankles while showering. I feel like management must know about this if housekeeping is cleaning them. Overall, I feel like the price of the room didn’t match the stay.
