Smelled like literal fecal matter as soon as we walked through the door to the lobby. Room door barely shut, had to barricade the door (making it extra unsafe in the event of an emergency). One of the 2 room keys didn’t work. Bathroom was so small, we couldn’t even close the door to use it.

Appearance was good on the outside of the property. The person who checked me in appeared to be sick or had something going on with him. His personality was so off that the guy who rode the elevator with me even said to me about it. The hallway completely stunk from odors. The key card would not open my door. I had to get the attendee because it was not working. He came up to show me how to operate the door. The card reader had to be held a certain way to read the cards. It did not read cards all the time. I played 5 to 10 minutes every time. I went in the room. Just to open the door. I went to Food Lion and purchased a can of Lysol. Just to spray the room down because of the odor. There were multiple stink bugs flying around the room and dead stink bugs in the window ledge. The bathroom was so small that you had to walk in. Turn and close the door. Just to sit on the toilet without hitting your knees. I slept on the outside of the bed due to the stains on the linens. Ironically,I told guy who checked me in. When asked my room preference that I was good as long as the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Noise was a factor as well. Glass bottles going to trash, people being loud and not a clue where all the banging was coming from. The best part of my stay was leaving and lady that greeted me as I leaving at the desk.

This is a very convenient location for a stop on a longer trip we make to Florida. We have stayed at this hotel previously however, it is considerably more run down than prior visits. Rate charged for a dog is pretty reasonable compared to other properties.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed, nice sheets and pillows. Large bathroom, obviously recently updated. Outside pool closed, not filled all the way with water, but we weren't planning on swimming. Outside and indoor hallways a little rough around the edges, but the room was perfect. Desk help and breakfast help were very nice!

Hotel had obviously recently changed ownership. First floor had been painted and paint smell was very strong in the room. I went to go take a shower and noticed the tub was not properly draining and the edge of a bath mat had come up and a lot of hair was floating in the water. After the tub finally drained I used a tissue to pick up the edge of the bath mat and it was very moldy and disgusting. We were moved to an adjacent room that was a queen size room when we had originally booked a king size room. The front desk attendant was very condescending towards me. I'm not there to play 50 questions I was there to get a good night's rest and a hot shower which did not happen. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking to stay in the area. I have tried to upload photos but apparently it will not let me. All I can say is check your room before checking in, if you choose to stay there!

Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Good breakfast. Only negative, was fan in bathroom would not shut off, was slightly noisy, but closing bathroom door helped.
