"For us Heiner was the perfect host, extremely quick to reply, provided lots of information, gave me confidence and reassurance about our booking - excellent to deal with! The apartment was exactly as described, however the location was even better than expected - just down a few steps and you’re on the beach. We loved sitting outside at night with the BBQ - well equipped apartments with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful - just what we wanted. We loved the convenience of Eden Island - great place to stay, enjoy and use as a base to explore. "

"Everything was great except the check-in was confusing and time consuming. I asked early on for a checkout a day early, and Christian ignored it at first and then gave an excuse later. Late checkout was to be 100 Euro, but I paid almost $200 for the day we checked out early. I am due a partial refund, but my requests have been ignored. I should have just canceled the reservation and made a new one. "

"L’scale Marina and Resort was a wonderful understated property just across from Eden Island in Mahe. Though apparently the property is over 3 yrs old, it feels as if it’s brand new. It is a small boutique resort on the marina, with a pool, resturant, and lovely spa. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Very quiet and in walking distance of small mall on Eden Island. Highly recommend,"
