This townhome is brand new in autumn 2022, so the architectural style is much more fresh and modern than most Steamboat Springs vacation rentals. You will enjoy top quality finishes and furnishings throughout the property and a layout that provides opportunities for gathering together as a group or some quiet time to yourself. The rooftop patio is heated and has built in drains for rain or snowmelt, which means you can enjoy this space year round. Though it's located next to another townhome, it feels very private and the views are fantastic! In the winter you're only a minute or two from the Wildhorse Gondola. In the summer you're walking distance from fishing at Casey's Pond and tubing the Yampa via the Yampa River Core Trail.

The property is located in Steamboat's Mountain Village area, close to the Wildhorse Gondola, the Yampa River, and the Core Trail.
-- Ski Lifts: The Wildhorse Gondola is a one minute drive from the property, and you can walk to or from it in about 7 minutes. If you have anyone in your group who is not quite ready to hit the slopes, or isn't skiing at all, have them drop you off at the Gondola Transit Center. It's only a 3 minute drive.
– Transportation: Steamboat's free bus has multiple routes picking up and dropping off very close by. The Deer Creek Walton Creek stop is only 120 meters from your door, and the Quality Inn stop is just 220 meters.
-- Views: To the east you have Mt. Werner, the ski resort, Buffalo Pass, and Fish Creek Canyon. To the west you have Emerald mountain. The stargazing is spectacular on clear evenings
Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – Multilevel townhome. Access from the garage to the entry level requires no stairs. The property is 3 levels and there is a full flight of stairs between each level.
– Parking – 2 Car Heated Garage – Limited shared outdoor parking, but availability can not be guaranteed, so we recommend limiting your group to two vehicles. Under HOA rules, trailers are not allowed. If you need help with offsite parking for a 3rd vehicle, or a trailer, please contact us for options and ideas.
**Parking on streets is not allowed during winter months.**

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary.
