374 Parkview is a roomy multi level, 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex but lives like a single family home. Offering not only a sizable living space and breath-taking mountain views all around the house, this dog friendly rental is ideally located just a mile from downtown Steamboat and only 2 miles from the resort/base area. It’s ideal for your family, even an extended family, or 3-4 couples, and comfortably sleeps 8 adults including the sleeper sofa, in the loft, which has an inflatable air mattress. It is much more comfortable than most of your typical pull out style mattresses.

Enter either through the front door on the main level or the attached, 2-car garage on the ground level.

The main level entry has a closet for coat, etc storage and leads you to the open living area, which features essentially a wall of windows, unbelievable mountain views that you have to see to believe and AC (rare in Steamboat). Relax and kick back on the leather furniture, warm up by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic, natural scenery or watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV.

The updated kitchen, stocked with everything you'll need, includes beautiful matte black stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops and magnificent mountain style doors and cabinetry. You will be able to enjoy the incredible vistas while preparing a meal and then feasting on it. The large dining table, with 6 chairs is the perfect place to break bread, consume a beverage, do a puzzle or play a board game.

Off the living area is a nice size deck overlooking the rolling hills and mountains. It offers a gas grill as well as a small table and two chairs.

There is a half bath a few steps down from the main level. Up another few steps from the main and on its own level is the TV loft area. It has ample, comfy seating, a large flat screen tv, another gas fireplace, a table and AC. It’s a great escape for another group to watch something else and/or play a different game. The sofa doubles as a queen bed as it pulls out and inflates in minutes, giving your group a fourth, semi private sleeping area.

The upper level is where you will find the sizable master en suite, with views from both from the bed and the bathtub that seem to go forever. It also features a brand new king bed (October 2023), vaulted ceilings, two armchairs, a flat screen TV, AC and a private full bathroom with a double vanity and both a walk-in-shower and a large tub. There is plenty of room for pack and play (available upon request) if you have a baby.

The other two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the ground level. Both have stunning views. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has a twin XL bunk bed plus a desk and chair. The bunk room also has a door to the back deck and direct access to the open space. Another full bathroom is in the hallway and has a walk-in-shower.

There is a full size washer and dryer on this level for your convenience.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Nice place to stay in Steamboat
Well appointed, nice home. Would stay there again. Only issues were the ice maker didn't work (probably because the filter change was 40 days overdue) so we had to buy ice and I could never find an iron or ironing board (possibly it was there and we just didn't see it but when I texted property manager they didn't indicate there was one) so we'd suggest they add one. These were minor issues that wouldn't prevent us from staying again and overall it was a very good property.

Steamboat September Stay
We rented this house for four nights in September and had a great time. The property is exactly as described: the views are great and the house is conveniently located near town. It had everything we needed for 4 adults and a dog. We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, and very comfortable beds. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable location, quiet and enjoyable
Enjoyed our stay. Would consider again for sure. Nice location on quiet street. Walking distance to town (which was great) with hiking paths right up the road. Looks out on some open space where there are deer and a fox to entertain you and your dog if you bring one. Sleep review: Very quiet, comfortable beds. Good opportunity for quality sleep. Had all the kitchen basics you need for meals. Two living spaces is very nice for kids / adults to get some space. Communication/check in all were excellent. Easy. Recommendations: Wish there was better furniture and more use of the deck. Nice space out there that feels underutilized. There was also only one comfortable chair that looked out the windows for the view..chairs around the dining table are were uncomfortable and the sofa faces inside. Overall a solid option for a comfortable stay in particular if you have a dog since options are always limited.

Steamboat family friendly
This Vrbo is one of the best homes I’ve stayed at. The location is perfect to easily get to the resort and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. The property management stay in touch the entire time to ensure we were doing okay or needed anything. The rooms are spread out and we were separate from the kids which was allowed us to have the privacy and keep the giggling down. The home is full of games which we played every evening. I recommend the Vrbo for anyone who wants to rent a family and pet friendly home. I will definitely rent again.

Great Pet Friendly Family Rental
This property was just great for our family ski trip. It’s a great location right in between the ski mountain and downtown. My adult daughter brought her dog and the location is perfectly located within walking distance of a great dog park too. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were addressed immediately by the management. Would definitely stay here again!

July stay in Steamboat Springs
We had a great 4 day stay at the townhome. Nice area and a short drive to downtown. Steamboat is one of the most dog friendly towns we've ever been to. Augie loved making new friends. Really enjoyed having two living rooms, was clean and had a great view from the deck. Chase was very easy to communicate with and the check in/check out process was a breeze. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay with iTrip again. Thanks for a lovely time.

Very nice, clean place with wonderful views and easy access to town.
Wonderful property, clean rooms, we did have to re-wash some of the dishes but we understand prior guests may not check them also an additional pot holder or 2 would have been nice (there was only 1 silicone one). We arrived after dark and it was very hard to see the house numbers on the property. Even after we figured out where we were staying when we would come back after dark it would be nice to have a small soft light to distinguish the house from others and help light the driveway especially when there is snow and ice. The only other negative is when the toilet in the master bathroom would flush the pipes sounded very loud and vibrated in the walls in the bedrooms downstairs which woke everyone up nightly. Not sure what could be done about this but those are our observations. Kitchen was wonderful - we brought a few items from home but most of what we brought was already there. The house must be well insulated because we turned the heat down at night and it stayed warm and cozy especially with the heated floors. We noticed several other thermostats on each floor - we didn't touch these because we weren't sure what they were for. Our guess was that they were for the heated floor? The upstairs master floors were always warm. It would be nice to have an instruction note next to the thermostats explaining what they are for and how to use. Master bath was great, plenty of room and counter space. Downstairs baths were great as well. Plenty of hot water. There were plenty of tools in the garage to help with snow and ice removal from vehicle/driveway - even a step ladder to help with cargo carriers. Upstairs living room had plenty of seating, downstairs was cozy for a smaller group. Fireplaces were wonderful to have after coming in from single digit temperatures. Overall, it was a great vacation home! We would definitely consider staying there again.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful mountain view home. The scenery was unbelievable, the views amazing. The home itself was cozy with comfortable seating, gas fireplaces and fully equipped kitchen. We walked to the dog park and enjoyed the easy route into downtown. Highly recommend and will be back again ourselves. Thanks for your hospitality.

High hopes / deflated stay
We were so excited to travel with our friends to Steamboat. There were 3 couples and a teenager The home advertised as “sleeps 8” It did not say that it would be comfortable. And it was NOT. The unlucky couple who had to sleep in the bunk beds had the worst experience. First of all, there is no ladder to get up or down from the top bunk. Very dangerous !!!!! The inflatable air mattress which slept the 7 th person deflated the first night So they tried the pull out sofa which also had an inflatable mattress. It also deflated They could have stocked the house with air mattresses and advertised that it slept more people. An air mattress should NOT count in sleeping numbers The room in the basement with the double bed has a bed frame made of wood that protrudes from the mattress. We banged our legs on it many times. It is too large for the tiny room. There are features of the home that are not to code. The stair rail coming into the house is loose. The step going into the balcony to the grill is not to code In the guest bath downstairs the hot / cold shower control is reversed On a positive note … the scenery was beautiful The home is nicely furnished and would be nice for a small family to stay in

Steamboat Duplex Home
Overall, the home was nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location near town but still quiet. We had an issue with an old entry code, but the property management team quickly responded with the correct code. One minor issue was the grill. It was damaged (missing/broken knob) that made grilling a challenge as it wouldn't heat up fully.
