Highly recommended
This hotel was no frills but still had everything. Room was comfortable and roomy, also clean and modern. Love the outdoor hot tub and the fact that it stays open until 10pm. The free breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen, lot of choices.

A really nice hotel in which we were given what appears to be the one terrible room. It's room 211 so avoid it. It is on the 2nd floor and when we arrived the curtains were pulled and the aircon on - all seemed great. We had arrived latish and went out for a meal. On returning and getting ready for bed we noted the aircon was loud and turned it off. We then discovered that outside of those curtained windows are all of the heat exchangers and aircon units for the hotel, mounted on the roof of the reception. These turn on and off all night. There is no duty manager at night and apparently the desk were unable to move us. We got little sleep. On complaining in the morning there was still no manager at checkout (10.45). We were promised a call - none came. So - avoid 211 and if anything is wrong don't expect anyone to sort it out....

Steamboat visit
Facility is very nice, comfortable, and clean. Ok location - we drove most places. We had a small dog with us - pet friendly but an additional $125 for a pet, and you have to pay for parking. That should be on the website so people aren’t shocked when they get there. It’s a very nice place to stay!

The staff was great, loved the location and will be back next time we return to Steamboat. The property was showing some wear and tear in areas; the large window next to our bed was not fully sealed, about a quarter inch gap and slightly off track. We reported it to the front desk, as well as the entrance door. The deadbolt set itself every time we entered or left, you had to use your key card to open and close the door. Housekeeping had left dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and keys from the previous guest. I manage hotels and oversee operations, so I understand how these things happen. Also would’ve loved to have had cotton balls or cotton pads in the room, I didn’t travel with any, as most Marriott’s provide them.
