Location near airport is great. Shuttle service very convenient. Drivers for pickup and drop off very polite. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Buy-ahead ticket saves money. I requested handicapped room in order to get a bathroom with safety bars. I was disappointed there was only one bar on the shower wall. Room was large and comfortable but tired and old looking. Needs a refreshed look with different color palette. Price was very affordable. I recommend this property and I will probably stay again when in transit to Washington Dulles Airport.

The worst hotel experience ever...
Tried to take a shower this AM and the mechanism was not operative, have mentioned it to the front desk, the guy did not seem to even care about the problem and told me "will pass it on to them"... Got to the lobby at 5:50 as I was told to be there for the shuttle about 5 mn before the hour, as they don't ask the night before the time we schedule to take the shuttle, I ended up having to remove my suitcase from it as it was already full. We were 4 people left behind and were told that the other shuttle will be there 5 mn later, happened that it showed up about 20 mn later and I almost lost my flight, lucky I had Clear and Precheck or I would have definitely lost it.

Terrible experience at this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn expecting a restful night, but was kept awake by noisy children running through the halls and constant vacuuming at all hours. It felt more like a daycare than a place to relax. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to stay. Very disappointing.
