Great room and pricing - two concerning issues: 1) twice cleaning staff walked into the room while occupied, once at 7:45a while still sleeping and again at 9:30 asking if we were checking out (this was before actual checkout). 2) a young family of a man, woman and two adorable little girls were sitting out back with the man and women openly doing drugs. Brought this to front desk attention.

Excellent staffs, absolute worth of money, very convenient airport shuttle service. I stayed here by myself with my infant and large 4 luggages, stroller, etc for one night before my international travel. The staffs helped me everything with my big luggages while checking in and out. They have really a warm welcoming atmosphere. I am really grateful to them.

This hotel is tired. Its worn down and needs some life injecting into it. The staff are friendly enough but under skilled, under motivated. I asked for proper tea to be available 3 days running and it was not. The bar has VERY limited options to drink. The room carpet had hair on it and didn't look very clean at all. It was ok, but i wouldn't stay again.

Overall pleased
Breakfast was nice, I was pleased. Better that last few times we stayed. Room was clean. TV channels kept changing automatically. We kept having to switch back to the channel we were watching. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
