Breakfast was nice, I was pleased. Better that last few times we stayed. Room was clean. TV channels kept changing automatically. We kept having to switch back to the channel we were watching. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I booked a room with 2beds and a sofa bed and got a conf# for me and my 3 teen sons. But when i got to the hotel they didn't have a room available and had to give me a room with 1 king bed and one sofa bed. The property does not provide cots . So 2 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. They also had some adult softball teams staying there and they were loud and drunk, shouting down halls and saying rude things infront of my kids . Very disappointed. They could not accommodate me . Breakfast was so overrun with people the staff couldn't keep up with the food so we stood in line for 20 min then left to find breakfast elsewhere. For being a hyatt it is not a well run property. I used to be a hotel manager and was very disappointed. Will not stay at that property again though i travel to that area monthly. They said manager would contact me in the morning when he got in but never heard from anyone.
