Sunset Sanctuary with Sterling views

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. If you enjoy the outdoors and quiet, beautiful views, Sunset Sanctuary is the place for you! Palisade State Park & Golf Course, as well as as the Arapeen Trailhead are only 2 miles away and you can head up the canyon on UTV/ATVs from the rental. Other attractions close by are the Manti LDS Temple (6 miles) and Snow College (13 miles).

- The space is a walk-out basement (host family lives upstairs) that has two bedrooms with a queen and full bed. There is also a queen Murphy-type bed and twin-sized bench bed in the main living area.
- The kitchen is fully functional and guests have access to the full-sized fridge and attached freezer with ice-maker.
- A gas barbecue grill with a hot plate is available and located just outside the main entrance.
- The washer/dryer combination is accessible in the main bathroom.
- Fragrance-free toiletries are available if you inform the hostess beforehand.
- There is no extra charge for up to six people. Extra guests are $10 per person, per night.

Early check in: $10/hr.
Late check out: $20/hr.

Guests will have access to the main living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The storage areas will not be available for guest access.

- A personal vehicle is recommended as no public transportation is available.
