Worth the price
The building is pretty worn but the room was clean. The mattress very comfortable. I liked that it's contactless entry - makes getting into a room much faster that waiting to check in!

Not worth the time
The room stunk when we entered it and there were carpet bugs in several places. No coffee maker. The shower head fell off when I was showering and had difficulty getting it back in place so I could finish. Overall it sucked.

Great value! If you get a single bed room, the chair, at least in my room, is awesome for relaxing after a hard day doing whatever you are doing in Sterling.

Train whistles all night long
The property is two blocks from a train track and the trains blew their horns six times throughout the night because there are streets that cross the tracks. A terrible night sleep there.

Great little place!
This place was great. Check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable, and they were nice enough to send somebody over when I couldn’t get the TV to work. Would stay again if I ever pass through the area. Thank you!

Checking in is so easy and simple, no waiting at a front desk for a room key. You can go to your room as soon as you show up. Rooms are well kept and very clean. The beds are comfortable as well. I highly recommend staying there.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with wall decor in one. One tv was not working and even though there was a reassuring number to call, I went tv free for a few hours. Wi fi was strong and the area felt safe and calm. There was a large refrigerator and microwave in each room. An excellent choice for us and great value for the cost.

This is a very different place and probably the way of the future. No office, everything is done by text. My only real complaint is that You really have to be a detective to find this place at night. Had I not run into some folks that were already there I would not have known how I get in. It was clean and roomy. Not good parking for one with a trailer.
