Very nice staff ,, nice location you never have to leave smack dab in the middle of timmys, dollar store , Walmart , Canadian tire , and Boston pizza lounge, and more ,,, i mean all that within walking distance hell ya , also this hotel has a 24 hr gym that isn't like any other hotelgym it's like bigger the snap fitness very awesome

Sean from the front desk was exceptional. So friendly and professional from the moment we stepped in. We had a special request and he didn’t even blink when approving our request. I enjoyed the little extras that seems to be missing from many hotels: a bathroom nightlight, a separate sink, fridge and microwave and the room AC had an adapter on it so it blew into the room, not at the window.

In the room they had their standard room rates posted on the wall, rate was $139 -189 per night.. I inquired and the guy at the front desk said it wasn’t a valid request but agreed that it was false advertising. Did not offer anything to compromise this. Ended up paying over the “standard rate” Not to mention the bathroom supplies was not filled prior to my stay, which sucked when you find out after getting into the shower. Cleanliness was not terrible but not the best i’ve seen. Likely that I will never stay here again, I’ve received better service at the lower end surrounding hotels.

This hotel has proper amenities that similar hotels should have. Real drinking glass in the rooms. Oneida stainless steel cutlery and Corel dishes in the breakfast room. Two elevators. The breakfast room is large, bright and has a good variety of food. I have stayed at this hotel for 4 days in a row each August for the last 7 years and am pleased to note that is had been well maintained.
