Dirty carpets and mattresses. Room not at all what was pictured as room online when i reserved it. Bathroom shower way too small ...neither me nor my husband would fit. Was shown another room just as bad! Was told could not get a refund without manager's ok..was told to come back the next day. Not only got charged for a room we did not stay in/at but also got charged for late check out!!!! We ened up going to a totally different hotel. Very disappointed not only at rooms and price but also the bery non accommodating staff. Never been this disappointed and will not book there ever again!!

The door to the bathroom should probably open out to the room rather than inward. The bathroom is so small when you opened the door you felt like you were going to fall into the toilet. It would have been nice to have a fresh roll of toilet paper, rather than one that was almost complete. The bed was so high, I had to jump up into it. I never could figure out the channels on the TV. On the plus side, the room was clean, bedbug free, close to an exit, making it easy to unload and load the car

Nice people at the desk- very nice to give us late check out. Room wasn’t very clean- hair on the floor, splashing on door. Property all over just needs a full time good maintenance man. Has so much potential to be an amazing hotel- just needs some love and attention.

We have a wedding and this is the most convenient hotel to go to that is near to the event. The event hotel was already filled up and we had not choice but to get this hotel. We paid $180/night. A little too high for the type of the hotel.

The waterslides were out of order, ceilings were peeling. Evening lady at the desk was unprofessional and seemed like she had more important things to do. Other room guests were noisy and playing loud music 1 out of the 2 nights. Said rooms were soundproof but that is false i heard everything. Reeked of marijauna in the hallway leading to the elevator. Would not stay again or recommended to others

It was an excellent value. We were there for a car show that was about 30 minutes away..The room itself was clean but the bathroon was need in some need of remodelind, i.e. the door was was warped and caught on the floor tile, the shower needed a scrubbing, it was stained and looked pretty scuzzy, but the beds were ok comfort wise. For $100 a night, with a free adult beverage each night and decent breakfast every morning, I was ok with everything being less than perfect

Reason I choose to stay was the pool area. To many areas in pool closed! No water slides, sauna, hot tub jets, and title has major cracks. For less money I could have stayed at motel with just a pool like I got here. I was refused check in, had to pay for extra service if I use them or not! Nothing said about that at booking!!! Not coming back here again?!!

Microwave did not work and was not fixed after being reported. Icebox did not work well. Shower water was only luke warm and would not get hot. Housekeeping service was not performed when requested until following day. Management was not very helpful. Breakfast was uneatable. Satellite TV was just a constant run of commercials. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Rescue needed.
Not a welcoming place. Very rundown, holes in carpet, dirty room, yellowed pillow cases, landscaping was roofing paper held down by a large rock and knee high weeds. Got back from the air show and the bar was closed at 11:00pm. Entire place needs a remodel! The continental breakfast was good and the hot tub was hot! The bed was very comfortable!
