If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with the comfort of home, our Rustic Chic vacation home is the perfect place to gather with family and friends. With warm wood finishes, exposed beams, and a cozy cabin-inspired feel, the home offers the charm of a secluded log cabin while still providing plenty of space and modern conveniences.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 19 guests, plus a crib, making it a great option for large families, multiple families traveling together, golf groups, and group getaways. There is plenty of room to spread out when you want some privacy, along with large open gathering spaces when everyone wants to be together.

Enjoy your morning coffee or watch for wildlife from the screened-in porch. Spend the evening playing cards or Foosball near the custom bar in the finished lower level, challenge the group to ping pong in the heated garage game room, or gather outside around the stone fire pit.

Guests also have access to a private neighborhood beach area located about a quarter block away. The shared beach area includes a swimming area, picnic space, and a shared day dock where you can pick up or drop off guests by boat. Please note that boats cannot remain at the dock overnight and must be trailered after use.

Inside, the home is equipped with central air conditioning, WiFi, four televisions, a built-in stereo system, a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, Foosball table, board games, cards, books, and plenty of space to relax. The heated garage offers an additional hangout area with a ping pong table, flat-screen TV, bikes, and outdoor toys.

Sleeping Arrangements

Master Bedroom: King bed, private en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate tiled shower, ceiling fan, and windows overlooking the backyard.

Main-Floor Bedroom: Three double beds, large closet, ceiling fan, and window overlooking the front yard. A second full bathroom is located directly across the hall.

Lower-Level Bedroom 1: Six twin beds, small closet, and a large egress window overlooking the backyard. The third full bathroom is located across the hall.

Lower-Level Bedroom 2: Queen bed, double bed, and twin bed, crib plus a closet and large egress window overlooking the backyard.

When you walk through the front door, you'll enter the home's spacious main gathering area. The kitchen opens directly to the dining and living areas, creating an inviting space for everyone to spend time together. Exposed wood beams and the fireplace add to the home's warm Northwoods feel.

The kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for a crowd and features a 5-burner gas cooktop, plenty of counter space, a peninsula with seating, and an adjacent dining table. It is fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, bowls, silverware, mixing bowls, strainer, baking pans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and range. Outside, a 4-burner propane gas grill is available for cookouts.

The dining table seats eight and includes a large extension leaf, with additional folding chairs available when you need more seating. Two 3 point harness boosters are also provided for younger guests.

The finished lower-level recreation room offers another comfortable gathering space with a custom wood bar top, wet bar, card table, Foosball table, surround sound system, and two large egress windows that bring natural light into the space.

Families with younger children will find plenty of extras throughout the home, including indoor and outdoor toys, a Pack 'n Play, infant bouncy chair, two booster seats, crib, air mattress, outdoor playset, sandbox, bikes to share, hammock, and lawn chairs with seating for up to 16 guests.

Outside, enjoy the stone fire pit, propane gas grill, yard, playset, hammock, and outdoor seating. Whether you're spending the day at the lake or simply relaxing around the property, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors.

The Town of Rome offers something for every season. Sand Valley Golf Resort is just minutes away, and the surrounding area offers horseback riding, mini golf, restaurants, ATV trails, snowmobile trails, skiing, fishing, swimming, boating, and other water sports.

For the safety and security of the property, the home is equipped with a security system and exterior security cameras. All cameras are located outside the home.
