"Beautifully converted stable in a beautiful landscape, the view from the kitchen/livingroom is gorgeous and the night sky is breathtaking. If one wants to get away from the hectic of a big city to slow down and relax, this is your place. We stayed for four days and totally enjoyed ourselves there. "

"The staff are so welcoming and friendly the room brilliant very large and clean lots of different teas to choose from, the bar had lots of different drinks to choose from the cocktail menu was outstanding which made my wife very happy, with regards to the restaurant the food was lovely lots to choose from the one menu was very good as well great value for your money , at breakfast time we came down late we only had a choice of continental breakfast which I understand, but it took 35 minutes to get a hard boiled egg , apart from the boiled eggs my wife and I are thinking of going back to stay at this beautiful little hotel again for a week or so "

"We booked one night here to start our first family holiday tour of Cornwall. We could not rate this place anymore. A lovely friendly welcome amd stay. The landlord couldn’t have done enough for us and the newly refurbished room was first class. We were then treated to a wonderful full Cornish breakfast before leaving for our next stay. "We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help. The communal facilities were spotlessly clean and showers nice and hot. It was a real bonus having a kitchen with electricity, fridge space and a lock box for charging. There was even a hairdryer available for use in the communal toilet area! Each yurt is located in its own field so we have plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. The children loved seeing the goats every day and popping around to see the pigs too. Thank you for a fantastic break and escape. It was the ideal way to kick off the summer holidays with some quality family time. "
