I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much variety. The room was so comfortable, especially the bed. The bedside lighting adjustments made everything convenient as well the lovely products in the bathroom. Taxis were always in the area and it’s right in the heart of the city. You can checkout online the day before which was great for me because I had an early flight. They even had a selection of food available at 4am by reception for those who had an early checkout. Lovely staff and beautiful building. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm. One of my very best hotel experience ever!

Wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic stay. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were great. My luggage was lost on the way by the airline and the hotel staff delivered it to my room as soon as it arrived. The breakfast was delicious and worth the convenience. The hotel was in a great location and we walked all over from there.

Very clean and nice property centrally located. Room was much smaller than we expected. Balcony as advertised was not a balcony - it was a railing for safety when the door room was opened to the outside.

I was eaten alive by bed bugs!! Room 624. I only noticed a couple of bites on my wrist at checkout and pointed them out to the receptionist (who asked if it could have been a fly!), but once I'd arrived home, I was covered in them (57 bites all together). I had to decontaminate everything before bringing my belongings into the house. Luckily I used the advice of never put your suitcase or clothes on the bed and had no 'passengers' come with me. I hope they've decontaminated the room since. A shame, as it's a nice central hotel otherwise.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Stockholm. All of the major sights in easy reach. Very tasteful decor, with the hotel spotlessly clean. Staff were very kind and attentive, although during check out and the overall stay, there was no mention of the Expedia VIP benefits. Would most definitely stay again when in Stockholm!!
