Our second visit in the past couple of years. We choose this hotel again and again because of its amazing staff and location location location !!!! Just be prepared for the tiny rooms.

Nice and cozy hotel in the city center, but if it comes to cleaning I suggest some improvements. Water drain in the shower was full blocked so water had no way to go. Also termostate was broken, so in my room was extremely cold.

This hotel contributed to a lovely stay in Stockholm. Located a 2 minute walk from the metro and had everything you needed on the doorstep. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. It’s exactly what I expected from a Best Western and I was not disappointed - I would stay here again.

Great location, few minutes walk to metro and easy walk to old town. Maintenance is perfect and spotlessly clean. Breakfast has a wide range of good choices. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Just around 10 minutes walk to central station is a big plus to catch train and bus. Gym with sauna too! Will not hesitate to stay here again.

The bed was really small and we felt uncomfortable on the bed. We have to change our sleeping position. And I am always hearing water gushing in the bathroom but I don't see any leaks.

Very few vegan options on the breakfast buffé. What I missed was a vegan croissant and vegan cinnamon buns, vegan cheese, scrambled tofu. Apart from this the buffé was ok.
