Location is really great, one subway stop + 7 min walk from train station.
Apartment was recently renovated and even can smell new paint.
Plus - it is really very clean.
Minuses - nails was left near windows, TV does not work at all, nearly impossible to figure out how to use microwave (they sent me the first page of instruction, but it was nothing there how to set the microwave for more than 1 min).
My biggest concern is the service.
They promised me an apartment that face inner courtyard. I asked if I can check in or just leave bags one hour early. They wanted addition money for that. When I rejected (and it was only because you never know that your flight arrives in time), they gave me an apartment that faced the street. Not a big deal, the street is generally quiet, but what kind of retaliation is that?
