I got hungry around 8:30. Went looking for a vending machine. There are none. Went to the front desk. They said the system is down can't sell you anything. Went to the bar. Waited about 5 minutes for the bartender to break off her personal conversation. I asked if they had a food menu. She said no tbe kitchen closes at 9. It was well before 9. Other patrons at the bar told me there's nothing in the neighborhood and it wasn't safe to go out after dark. So as long as you bring your own food and drink and plan to stay in the hotel you're good. Otherwise find a different place.

This property smells like an old musty Hotel from the 1940s. The rooms are small despite how they look online. The bed was very noisy as was some kind of equipment on the first floor outside of our room. The HVAC system did not have a fan setting, so we had to switch back back-and-forth between air conditioning and heating. And it was loud and banging all night. In addition, a place that claims that it is pet friendly would not charge $50 per night for a pet. That is absurdly high, considering that most people who travel with pets are usually clean and do not require extra cleaning in their rooms. Beyond that, it is not in the best area. We would have liked to have walked our dog around at night, but did not feel safe there.

The heat and cool temperature controls were broke and was 80Ā° in room.The down button on unit didn't work so i had to get up all night to turn on ac until i froze then turn on heat again and burn up. Slept hardly nothing because of it. Thought they would comp my stay when reported but they didn't,. The place is amazing in every way, but what counts more for rating a hotel ?: there ability to offer a restful night sleep or things to do with no sleep šŸ˜“ šŸ¤”

Like that its centralized in the middle of town. Like that its clean and quite. Prices on the high side for this city. Didnt like that you are charged for parking your car. That should be included as a customer.

While the property itself was nice, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially considering the price point. First, we were placed in a room with a view of the pipes and the opposite side of the hotelā€”essentially no view at all. The AC/heat unit in our room was broken, leaving us unable to cool the room down, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, some lights in the room did not work, and to top it off, there was no complimentary shower gel providedā€”a basic amenity most hotels of this caliber typically include. On top of all that, there was a $20 resort fee per night, which seemed entirely unjustified given the hotelā€™s location and the lack of any ā€œresort-likeā€ features to warrant such a charge. While I appreciate the overall quality of the hotel, these issues made the stay feel far less luxurious than I had hoped for. For the amount I paid, I expected much better.
