There is additional dining space in the living area of the property with patio doors looking & leading out onto the sun trap garden. The living area is the ideal place where you can sit back and relax in front of the flat screen smart TV, or just chill with a good book.

Upstairs there are two roomy bedrooms that can sleep unto 4 guests.
There is one large double bedroom and one twin room. Both with comfy beds & plush bed linen for a great night sleep.

The house also has a wonderful fully fitted family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, basin & W.C.

To the front there is a residents only parking space.

The property is barely a 30 second walk from North Tees Hospital or a 5 minute drive to both Norton High Street and Stockton town centre.

It is also well situated for both the A19 and A66 and travel times by car are approximately 15 minutes to central Middlesbrough (inc. Teesside University), 20 minutes to Redcar and 25 minutes to Darlington.

Our home is also a perfect base to explore Teesside and the surrounding areas such as the Yorkshire Moors, the award-winning beaches and the numerous wedding venues in and around the area.
