We booked via Expedia a few days before our stay, assumed everything was booked. Arrived at 9pm to find the place shut. We rang the bell, phoned the number and also emailed them..... No response. It's now a few days later and still no communication. No payment has been taken so far, but who knows if it will be. The hotel itself looked nice, but make sure a member of staff will be there when you plan to arrive, as we got stranded for an hour before luckily finding somewhere else miles away!

No hot water and an inability to shower. On last night water came through the ceiling. Pub closed on a Monday and no breakfast was available to guests. Nobody in attendance when we left which meant we were unable to settle our account.

Nice pub with rooms.
Great service from the friendly staff. Good pub grub. Excellent scramble eggs for breakfast. Comfortable bed and nicely refurbished bathroom with luxury towels. Good place to stop over whilst walking the Cotswold Way. Ross has invested wisely in the refurbishment over the last few years and we wish him well.

Pleasant stay ....
Pleasant stay, thank you. Struggled a bit with coffee machine as we drink tea and no milk but mentioned to manager and said they will be having kettles in rooms. Room was very comfortable and stylish.
