Bit surprised to find no bar or restaurant but since hotel is bang in the middle of the city that was hardly a problem. Very nice breakfast option though at 18Euros per person not ideal. Generally clean and well maintained with helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean, friendly, perfect location. Only complaint was that our bed was two twin beds put together and the we could feel the springs. Bed could have been more comfortable but that was the only complaint.

Wonderful location. Very easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. Close to the cathedral, the most beautiful sight in town. Convenient to tram. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided an advice and/or directions to all our inquiries. Bathroom was a bit tight. I’m 5’10’ and my knees couldn’t fit between the toilet and the sink.

We’ve stayed here multiple times as it’s a great value right in the center of town convenient to everything. All the restaurants and shopping is literally right out the door. The cathedral is a few minutes walk. You can’t get more central than this. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the breakfast this stay, but have in the past. It’s a nice breakfast, but we don’t eat enough breakfast to get value for the €19 cost. There are plenty of bakeries nearby to get a pastry and cappuccino. There’s a parking garage nearby, and an alternate parking garage within reasonable walking distance that’s less expensive. The hotel will give you directions to each. This is a highly recommended hotel for its comfort, convenience and value.

Central, Clean, Charming....
This hotel is wonderfully located for a day walking through Strasbourg. At check in, we were met by a charming host. The staff were very helpful and friendly, professional and enjoyable. Our room was unique in its layout (pitched ceilings) and extremely clean and orderly. With the hot weather, the air conditioner was important to us. Throughout the night, the air conditioner function and internal banging (off and on) was quite disruptive and sadly kept my parter up through most of the night. Aware that the hotel was completely full, we knew there were few options to help us (especially in the middle of the night). The breakfast was very good and tastefully done with variety and a non-institutional approach. The staff were very engaged and helpful. Parking (paid) was available within a block. It was approximately 45euro for a 24 hour period. Convenient. We would happily return to this hotel....as we are sure the air conditioning will be repaired. :)

It’s been our second time in this hotel within 15 months. We have had wonderful stay in it and service at the reception has been excellent.Personnel is very oriented to client’s needs.Breakfast was pretty good. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip to Strasbourg.
