The worst hotel experience
We just arrive to the hotel and they told us that there is a problem in our room ( only our room ) A very bed smell like sewers All night ny child has Shortness of breath and cough because of this smell The gave ua a remboursement of 100 euro and some gifts but this wasnt acceptable honestly

A little gem of a hotel just steps away from the Strasbourg cathedral, in the heart of the old city. It could not have been more convenient for the Christmas markets but would be a great place to stay in any season. The staff was friendly, professional, and focused on making our stay great.

Excellent location. Modern updates and welcoming staff. The rooms are tiny but sparkling clean. We passed on the break at option. For Christmas markets this is right across from the Cathedral.

The hotel in the center of Strasbourg, close to the cathedral and the shopping area. Restaurants are close by and varied. The staff is so helpful and ready to assist you in every possible way. Jeniffer made us a reservation at the Maison Kammerzeli restaurant (the most famous place in Strasbourg). Again it’s close to the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel Rohan is our “go to” accommodation in Strasbourg. It’s a MUST for location, great breakfast, funky and stylish decor, clean and comfortable rooms and congenial staff.

Lovely hotel and so close to the cathedral. Restaurants, museums, the canal boat tour, cafes, patisseries, markets are all within 3 minutes walk. Just a great place to be based for wandering around the old city. Our room was cosy with stylish touches like the antique style chairs.The bathroom was functional with good shower pressure and temperature. And we enjoyed the buffet breakfast which features Alsace bakery products, cheeses and jams. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only potential downsides is not close to the main station (easy by tram though), parking would be an issue, and the hotel/rooms are not that large. But these are minor compared to the positives. J'ai fait de sejour magnifique

Hotel Rohan exceeded my expectations. Amazingly well situated, very professional reception staff, comfortable room, great food (breakfast), I would definitively recommend this place. The only big downside is that its almost impossible to reach the hotel by car. Taxi have access (which we used) but that's it.
