We chose the hotel based on prior recommendations and also the location. We explored the Petite France and Old Town Strasbourg areas and enjoyed the many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. There was a lot to see and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing and helpful. We appreciated their thoughtfulness when they found out it was our anniversary.

Great place with a great location. Architecture was great and there is lots to do outside the hotel. We enjoyed going to the hotel’s Spa as well. The area was full of tourists at times though and our cab didn’t know how to get close to the hotel (there is a way). Overall, a great experience.

This is a very nice property conveniently located in the Petite France section of Strasbourg. Easy 15 minute walk to/from the central train station. There are many good dining and shopping options within a short walking distance. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the bell staff was particularly helpful in handling and storing our excess luggage while we were away for a few days, and for arranging Taxi services when needed. All in all, it was a great place to stay for our visit to Strasbourg.

This is a beautiful hotel near the heart of Strasbourg. The view from our room along the canal was from a postcard! We never ate at the hotel (the meals did look fantastic, although pricey) since there was so many lovely local restaurants within a 30 second to 5 minute walk. We did use the spa area (I love the steam room) and gym a couple times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area is very safe. If i had to nitpick for one improvement, the room got warm when we shut the windows (there can be a bit of noise a little late outside and early in the mornings) as the air-conditioning did not help much. Overall, this is a high end property that I definitely recommend.

Our stay was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Only issue we had was our AC did not work well but thankfully we were able to open our windows. Would most definitely recommend and stay here again

The hotel was located in the perfect spot, right on the river, near restaurants and shops. The rooms seemed newly renovated and were very clean. Each night the bed was turned down and we got new towels. What can I saw about the staff other than, they were awesome and so accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

Extraordinary hotel and staff! Spacious, comfortable rooms, wonderful bed and crisp linens. Large bathroom with fabulous shower. The outside bar area is a wonderful place to relax overlooking the canal, taking in the views and enjoying one of the extraordinary cocktails created by the very talented Benoit (Ben). A wonderful selection of both red and white Alsace wines is available too. Easy walking distance to absolutely everything to take in this very charming city of Strasbourg
