Nice hotel in a quiet location but still only a short walk to the RSC and Shops in Stratford on Avon. Very comfortable bed, however the air con was poor and as the room faced west it was too warm on a sunny day.

Bedroom is very dated. I get that’s it’s an old building and that’s fine. But you definately need to address the lack of power sockets including USB, especially next to the bed where there are zero sockets in room 10.

The staff at the Spa, the reception staff, were completely hospitable. The location was brilliant. It was proper quiet at night, and although very near the town centre, we were able to sleep like logs. After Brexit, most of these Romanian and Polish had decided to return. Our loss. Thank God that some have remained with their warm and kind approach, which is quite different from the cold and reserved reception from some other hotels.

While the manor house is picturesque and beautiful with the charm you would expect, the pictures are deceiving. This property is situated immediately adjacent to a main thoroughfare. Additionally the rooms are not in the manor house. The rooms are set apart in different building which are much more similar to a traditional hotel and are of quality equal to a Hampton Inn.
