A lovely hotel and quirky historic items in and around the communal areas however our room i feel was overpriced at just under £300 for the night to listen to the huge air con unit whirling underneath the bedroom window all night and the bedroom heater/air con unit emitting a constant low buzz noise through the night and other guests banging doors! Such a shame for such a pretty hotel that we felt we had paid alot of money for mainly to visit the victorian christmas market that was cancelled anyway due to storm darragh!

I loved my stay here. Friendly and helpful staff, the room as comfortable and looked old world while having all the modern facilities we all enjoy. It's also very centrally located in Stratford. Perfect!

First time stay, wonderful friendly service. Great menu choices for breakfast and dinner. Friendly bar staff and cosy seating. Historical original Tudor painting in dining room was amazing attraction for the premises. Was sad to leave but will be back for another stay.

This is a lovely hotel well located in the centre of Stratford with friendly helpful staff. The roms were clean and well equipped with nice bathrooms. Overall we had a lovely stay

The hotel is beautiful - the executive room was a great size, was really smart, had a lovely roll top bath and was a lot better than I expected, the location is great, the full English breakfast was superb (probably the nicest Ive ever had) and the buffet breakfast had high quality ingredients. Staff even left a birthday card and brownies in our room for my partner's birthday. I would highly recommend the hotel :-)

Traditional stay in central Stratford upon Avon.
Traditional old pub hotel, luxuriously presented with wood panelled walls, paintings, well appointed rooms etc. Food was traditional pub fare, and the breakfast included in the price is a continental buffet as well as a cooked to order menu. The only disappointment was the single beds in the twin room, which were inner spung and totally unsupportive. Our daughter stayed in a double room and said the King size bed was very good and supportive. Our error, as the double rooms did not state the beds were bigger than double - wide angled lens photos are unreliable. I would choose a double room next time. The White Swan is well located and we were able to walk to sites around the city of Stratford upon Avon.

Lovely stay
Quiet room. Lovely big bathroom. Not much room to hang clothes or put them away. Window opened properly to allow fresh air in. Very good breakfast cooked to order.
