Very expensive for what it is. There's an additional charge for sheets and towels that increases the cost even more. Considering it is just a posh shed it was the most expensive place we stayed in all trip.

We had a great stay at Strömstad Camping in one of the newer “hotel rooms” for 2 people. The room was exactly like the picture. The area itself was very clean and organised. We will probably come one back the next time we visit Strömstad.

Excellent Cabin Camping Accommodations
Great location with camping cabins. Comfortable small sleeping cabin with common restroom and shower facility approximately 75 yards away. Well stocked Camping and grocery store with very friendly staff. All facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. Great views of the subset over Strömstad harbor. Nice deck with table and two chairs. Definitely would go there again.

Nice cottage next to great scenaries
the location isnt perfect, but provided that there is no public transports on the island, the distance from the central train station and the harbour is walkable, and not too far. there are plenty of restaruants in the centre and a big supermarket which provides pretty much everything we needed. It would be better to go there with a vehicle because the cottages are located on a hill. But it is worth staying and worth the money! But going in winter is not recommended because of the weather and pretty much everything is closed at the time.

Veldig grei hytte på campingen. Men dårlig informasjon i bestillingsprosessen. Må lese absolutt alt, og der er mye, med liten skrift for å få med seg at en må bestille sengetøy. Ikke akkurat noe en tenker på når en bestiller via hotels.com. Gav tidlig beskjed om at vi kom errer at resepsjonen hadde stengt. Vi fikk beskjed om at vi ville få tilsendt nødvendige koder på SMS, men de kom aldri så måtte stå i porten å ringe vakttelefon.

FANTASTISKE FIRST CAMP STRØMSTAD 💖
Hadde et ☆FANTASTISK ☆ opphold som ALLTID. Det er en FANTASTISK hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Vi er på samme plass hver gang ( ca 12x år / 1xmnd ) alt fra 1 overnatting til 7 overnattinger og føler at vi kommer "hjem" når vi kommer der - og det er bla pga betjeningen som kjenner oss igjen og enkelte har vi fått mere kontakt med ( er blitt god venn med ei og vi har ofte kontakt på "privaten" ) Vi er også first camp medlem og får da poeng på hver booking og etterhvert kan vi ta ut poeng i "gratis" overnatting . Vi samler poeng hos Hotels.com også og etter 10 overnattinger kan vi ta ut 1 gratis overnatting / betale et dyrere overnatting med de poengene vi har samlet opp. Så med å være "smart" med å være med i club og samle opp poeng på våre overnattinger får vi en gratis ovetnatting på de vi allerede har hatt = en vinnvinn situasjon 💖👍
