Escape to this phenomenal villa in picturesque Stuart; January through March, 2025. It sits on the Miles Grant Golf Course 2nd hole/3rd Tee. Social membership with 12 rounds available. Yes, rent clubs from the Club House, or help yourself to my old Taylor Mades.
Application, HOA interview, adherence to HOA rules and lease required.
This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. With 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, sun room and screened in porch, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, washer and dryer. Towels and linen included as well. Two bicycles available for touring. And two kayaks from the Miles Grant intercoastal launch also included. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
