Beautiful Penthouse condo featuring 180 degree water views of the St. Lucie River and downtown Stuart coastline. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit offers a granite kitchen with stainless appliances and washer dryer. The large master suite offers a luxury bath consisting of garden tub, full shower and dual sinks and a private guest suite with full bath. The living and dining areas have full view full of the secluded balcony overlooking the water. You will have full access to the yacht club which includes heated pool, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, restaurant and bar. The marina offers accommodations for up to 120' vessels and boat rentals. This resort style community is within walking distance of historic Downtown Stuart. Marina also provides a "Tiki Taxi" boat ferry/floating bar to cruise you to Downtown Stuart for just $10 for the entire day. Pullout Sofa and additional aero bed included inside of Condo!

*DISCLAIMER since this condo is waterfront and in the city of Stuart the property is near a train track. The trains will come by 1-2 times during the evenings and mornings. The condo has hurricane impact windows and the most sturdy Category 5 Grade Concrete Structure in Stuart and that dampers most of the noise, but you may hear the train while outside on the balcony or with the windows open.

We stayed three nights in the best condo at Harborage Yacht Club. It was close to the pool and yacht club bar. Close to downtown Stuart with cute shops and excellent restaurants. Went to Stuart and Jensen beaches nearby. Would recommend this unit over another unit we had family staying in.

Perfect little getaway!
My husband and I decided we needed to get away for just a few days and picked Florida over the weekend of the 4th and this was the most perfect place. The location is perfect! The view of the water a surrounding area is so nice. They had a barge out in the middle of the water on the 4th that let off the fireworks, they were incredible however I do recommend earmuffs or earplugs, the sound of the booms over the water were so loud. There were fireworks all around the cities in the background as well. Soooo pretty. The condo is very clean and comfortable, I had to work from a laptop for a couple days and the internet worked great. The only downside was the train that comes through does come through about every hour during the day and likes to honk his horn as soon as he gets by the building. But I never heard it after like 10pm so I got to sleep like a baby. We look forward to coming back again!

Absolutely loved it here.Of all the VRBO’s we’ve rented this is our fav. Beds were so comfy, sat on the balcony every morning and evening, watching fish jump in the river and boats sailing by while playing a game. The pictures posted are exactly what you get. Master bathroom is hugh. It doesn’t say in the description, there is a keurig. Great location. We’ll definitely be back.

Our family stayed here for a little over a week - a working vacation. We enjoyed the unit and the yacht club amenities - worked out at the gym multiple days, used the pool and had a couple dinners at the restaurant. We also liked that the host went out of their way to make sure we had at least a starter amount of laundry detergent, tp, dishwasher detergent, etc. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watching dolphins in the shallows. Note that there is train noise sporadically through the day, but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay. The Condo is very comfortable and close to Historic Stuart. Easy walk or a short and cheap Uber ride. The on site amenities are wonderful. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Would stay and and recommend. The train was was only drawback but not a deal breaker

Loved the view. The bridge lit up a night is beautiful. The pool area is great. There is a train nearby but it wasn't that bad. The host was very responsive and added some nice extra touches. We enjoyed going to the local beaches nearby.

Condo was lovely and appeared as the pictures show. A very short distance to all of the dining/fun experiences that downtown Stuart has to offer. Downtown is close enough to walk but between railroads and drawbridges, driving is the safest option. The apartment was clean but not the most tidy. All closets were full of items thrown in and things had to be moved for our things to fit. Items like half-drank water bottles, used eye masks and personal items, half eaten boxes of food and a refrigerator full of previously opened condiments. If these areas could be cleaned up, we would recommend this VRBO to all.

The place was just as described, & our host was super easy & prompt when we had a question. The yacht club, to which access was included, is very nice. There’s a bit of ambient noise, but we didn’t mind that, & the view pleasant & the bedrooms & living area all faced the water. It’s close to everything in Stuart. We’d stay there again.

We’d do it again! Great week in Florida, in the hidden gem of Stuart. Wonderful condo with great layout, plenty of room, and outfitted perfectly. Excellent location with choice of two pools, depending on your mood. Walkable to restaurants, stores, and entertainment galore. Only two small glitches - elevated highway partially obstructing view (surprisingly limited noise) and train passing on nearby rail tracks both day and night.

Amazing stay!
Nick the property owner was great! He made everything so easy. The unit was just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The view looking at the boats was great and the kitchen was well equipped for a few meals by candlelight out on the patio. The yacht club was a short walk as was a great restaurant the tide house. It was such a great location the town of Stuart was so close there were great shops and restaurants and a pretty nice farmers market on sundays. We were close to beaches and we discovered a great seafood shop and homemade popcorn place. Too many good things to say you will not be disappointed! Ok a little traffic noise but you get used to it.

It was our first trip to Stuart and we did enjoy our trip once we got our bearings. The apartment was lovely and very well equipped (although a kettle for us brits wouldn’t have gone a miss) as well as spotlessly clean. I didn’t enjoy over looking the causeway or the noise of the trains and cars sadly but I was aware of all this when I booked and the noise did fade the longer we were there. I did think from the description and the reviews that it was a shorter walk to the downtown area than it actually was. We have a child with a bad hip so we had to drive to that area each day.

Fantastic Host!
If I could give higher than “5-star” I would! All communication was clear & prompt. The condo was immaculate with a beautiful view of the marina. I travel for work and have already rebooked for my next stay. The kitchen not only had the essentials but extra supplies which helped tremendously with cooking! I walked every morning & evening around the marina and we enjoyed the restaurant on property, Tide House. Thank you, Nick, for GREAT service & attention to detail!
