Location and one of a kind design! Beautiful 2000 sq. ft. 2nd floor walk up (26 stairs). Professionally decorated condominium with custom touches throughout. Our space is a well thought out blend of old and new with original brick walls and wood flooring wrapped merged with every modern day convenience you could need. The 15 foot ceilings and large windows create a sunny, spacious feeling and the condo seems larger than it's 2000 square feet. All the rooms are designed for comfort and ease. We have large communal spaces where everyone can gather together, but there are also small, cozy areas for quiet conversation, reading a great book or snuggling up to watch a movie. The condo has 3 gas fireplaces and an exceedingly well stocked kitchen. We have really thought of anything and everything you may need to enhance your stay. The building is truly in the middle of it all on the main avenue in downtown Sturgeon Bay. Just steps out your door you will find coffee bars, restaurants, pubs, shopping, theatre, music venues and 1 1/2 blocks away is the water front. No need to worry about how clean this condo is, it is immaculate. We pride ourselves on keeping a meticulous home. Linens are well cared for and ALL linens are changed for each guest booking, including the comforters. Ample clean white towels, bathmats, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, and hair dryers are all supplied. We've traveled and rented homes for decades with our family and want to provide a happy, clean, comfortable and safe environment for others to enjoy.
