Ladies shower and toilet not adequate
The shower for the adies doesnt provide space for towel toiletries and bathrobe. Change the Herren bathroom to the ladies. More space and lock and bigger. Herren can shower in smaller shower and use touleys on 1st floor

I arrived at the property at 3 pm well within the limit of the stated book in times. There was no answer at the door, none at the front entrance of the store at the front of the building. No one was anywhere attending the entrance at no.18. I left and booked another room at a nearby hotel and there online I learned that there was a code that I should have rung up on the door intercom. Too late for me. This information should have been provided at the time of booking. Expedia has a policy of no cancellation but this is a poor policy considering the circumstances. Now I am out the price of a room I never saw. Brian

I paid almost $200 for one night in a room, which was cold, with communal showers and toilets down the corridor, without paper towels or soap in the dispenser. I don't mind roughing it, but not at that price. I wouldn't have booked the room if I had known the set up.

Unklare Angaben bei der Barrierearmut
War alles soweit perfekt: Einrichtungen und Preis stimmt mit dem Service absolut überein. Was mich etwas irritiert hat, auf Hotels hiess es bei Barrierearmut, dass der Aufenthaltsraum keinen Fahrstuhl besitzt. Eigentlich müsste es Heissen, dass weder Aufenthaltsraum, noch die Zimmer einen Fahrstuhl besitzen. Denn si ging ich davon aus, dass man mit Lift in die Zimmer kommt, halt nur nicht in die Gemeinschaftsräume. Müsste man konkreter beschreiben. Deswegen bei Zustand und Konfort nur je 3 Sterne. Da für meinen Kumpel, der nur wehnige Schritte mit Stöcken gehen kann, dies doch sehr relevant ist, bin ich da jeweils etwas sensibilisiert in diesem Thema (mit vereinten Kräften konnten wir schlussendlich doch noch unser Lager im 1. Stock beziehen). Ich währe sehr froh, wenn dies entsprechend angepasst/konkretisiert wird auf Hotels.com

Negativ: - kein Hinweis auf Gemeinschaftsbad bei telefonischer Reservierung - am Haus kein Hinweis auf Kontakt zum Vermieter - kein Hinweis in der Buchungsbestätigung auf Check-In Procedere, kein Zugangscode, keine Kontaktmöglichkeit mit Vermieter. Zimmer konnte erst nach mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit Expedia stark verspätet bezogen werden - Haus ist noch nicht komplett fertiggestellt. - freier Zugang zum Haus und den sanitären Anlageen und dem Zimmerbereich von der Straße aus. - Zimmertüren billigste Baumarktqualität - hellhörig

Es war schwierig zu finden aber nach einem Anruf beim Anbieter hatte sich die auch gelegt. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Es lagen überall Haar rum, unter den Betten war der ganze Dreck zu sehen. Das Bad war ebenfalls verdreckt und die Toilette nicht gereinigt, in der Wanne lagen noch Haare. Während des Aufenthaltes wurden im ganzen Haus die Zimmerschlösser ausgetauscht, was eine sehr laut war und leider auch bis nach 20 Uhr dauerte.
