Checking in is challenging!
In the booking information it was not clear about the check-in procedure. Despite there being a reception, nobody was there to help my son and I check in and do the process to obtain codes. The main entrance requires a code only which you get on check in. That was the main issue. If this had been clear beforehand, there wouldn’t have been a surprise. We also messaged the hotel in advance asking the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. As of yet still no reply. It transpires there’s a S-Bahn stop not far from the hotel, so could have gone direct from the airport; instead of a taxi. The room itself was tiny. The pillow - can’t really call it that - had few feathers….however the shower was excellent.

very nice and helpful staff at the reception and also breakfast area, room was little and minimally furnished and was not really appealing to us. It is a standardized business Hotel. We booked the Hotel because you are very fast at the airport ( direct public transport connection )which offered fair rates for families.

Optimal für Theater und Musikal.
Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt für ein Besuch im nahegelegenen SI-Erlebniszentrum. Wir konnten dort hin und zurück zu Fuß gehen. Alle waren freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder.
