Unprofessionell und respektlos ................
Folgende Mängel sind zu beanstanden: - Rezeption nicht wie angegeben von 11 Uhr bis 21:30 Uhr besetzt. Wir standen immer wieder vor verschlossener Tür oder versuchten Sie telefonisch zu erreichen, oftmals ohne Erfolg. - Leere Bierflaschen/ Dosen im Schrank bei Ankunft - Keine Duschtücher, erst nach mehrfachen Bitten, dann nur eins für 2 Personen für die ersten und letzten zwei Tage - Kaffee/ und Tassen nur nach mehrmaligen Beanstandung aufgefüllt ebenso nicht jeden Tag. - Wasser und Gläser nur einmal aufgefüllt - Wir mussten um Toilettenpapier bitten - Die Mülleimer quollen über - Kein Kühlschrank obwohl angegeben - Kein Wifi obwohl angegeben - Zimmer nur zweimal richtig geputzt obwohl täglicher Zimmerservice angegeben. - Unkraut auf dem Balkonboden. - Unsere eigenen Weingläser wurden von Ihnen mitgenommen und nicht zurück gebracht. - Eingang nur schwer zu erreichen, da entweder Mülltüten, Außen Schirm, Festbänke und am Abend Schicha Pfeifen vor dem schon sehr engen Eingang standen. Korrespondenz mit dem Hotel ist gescheitert bzw. wurde durch Unwahrheiten abgeschmettert.

Vergognoso!
Sono arrivato in hotel con il numero della prenotazione in mano. Hotel a 3 stelle doveva essere non aveva manco una reception. Le camere erano in mezzo alla strada. La cosa peggiore è che la signora ci ha comunicato di non trovare il nostro numero di prenotazione e ci ha mandato via. Facendoci rimanere buttati al freddo in cerca di una soluzione Last minute. Gli auguro tutto il peggio come lavoro
