Phone in room not working, then the tv, microwave, etc all lost power - had to walk to the desk to report the issue, (because the phone doesn't work), was told they were working on it and it would be repaired shortly - 2 hours later nothing....

Booked room for 4 people, but towels, pillows, glasses in room set up for 2 people; had to go back 4 times to get everything right. Breakfast buffet was terrible, tasteless, dry and cold. Room was clean with exception of little "flies" in bathroom. Bathroom showing its age.

The property was fine (but only fine). The fitness centre was far from fine. Only one of 4 machines worked. There were no towels (except for the bag of dirty towels) or even paper towels. There was no source of water. Even though there was a sign requesting that equipment be wiped before and after use, there was no product to do so.

Our stay was excellent!!! The only thing is our bathroom reeked of pee. The bathroom was very dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves. Besides that excellent stay! Will be back again.

Noisy but comfortable stay
Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The walls and furniture is in need of a bit of TLC. The rooms are a bit noisy due to the traffic on the road. Great breakfast but the coffee machine was not working.

The rooms smelled like musty smoke because the smoking area was outside the window and I don’t think the filter has been changed in a while. Had to go to Walmart to buy a glade diffuser to kill the smell. The hotel could use a paint coat in the hall because the walls looked dirty and scuffed. Sleep was great and staff were nice. Breakfast wasn’t bad either.

Welcoming staff, clean and very comfortable accommodation. I was not impressed with breakfast which had either powdered eggs or something added to the eggs that turned them into dry crumbled bits, plus they served wilted spinach and grated cheese to be a ?Salad.Not sure. There was no salad dressing. They added water to the pancake syrup to extend its volume....Just eliminate the wilted spinach and cheese and serve real eggs. Rest was ok.

The property was easy to find and is pet friendly. Staff was great, beds were good, room was clean with tile flooring throughout. One thing I didn't really like was that there was a deodorizer in the room under the bed in powder form, loose not in a container. One of my dogs immediately went for it and started to lick it. The staff was very apologetic and it got swept up right away! I would have also liked it if the room was next to an exit or near the end of the hall instead of mid way, so that no barking would interrupt the other guests. This is just my suggestion!
