Great balcony with views of the Med! Spacious & bright in a safe location.
Property was clean, with comfortable beds. Location to beach is 100 steps. Carmen was very easy to communicate with and very nice! We went in mid Sept and there are very few people around. On weekends it is busier. So there were not many businesses open, including restaurants. We had peace & quiet for 3 days. Beach is great, sun is hot, water is warm so swam many times. Usually a good breeze thru apt. There is no AC and it was warm & humid 1 night. Would have liked the AC in bedroom.

Carmen is charming and the apartment spotless/comfortable. Great on the beach view and walking to restaurants, interesting boardwalk.

Una vivienda muy casera y comoda con una buena vista del mar. Very homely and comfortable.
Lo pasamos fenomenal Paloma y yo en el apartamento. Hay de todo. La duena Carmen es muy acogedora, simpática y amable. Cuando llegamos nos recibió. Hay una buena vista del mar desde la terraza. La playa es superlimpísima y solo está unos pasos. Tenemos muchas ganas de volver pronto a este apartamento tan bonito. El mejor restaurante que encontramos era El Landru, Avda. Sant Roc, 16 46419 Sueca Gracias Carmen. Paloma y Peter. Paloma and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Les Palmeres. It is very well equipped. The owner Carmen is very welcoming, friendly and kind. She met us with a warm welcome when we arrived. The apartment is very homely and comfortable. There is a great view of the sea from the balcony. The beach is spotlessly clean and is only a few short steps away. We are looking forward to returning soon to this lovely apartment We found the best restaurant to be the El Landru. Super nice apartment and extraordinary friendly owner Carmen.
Thank you Carmen for allover your service. The apartment was super nice, cozy and perfectly furnished. There were everything we needed and more than that. Host Carmen has all perfectly prepared for visitors from the basic information about apartment, through the public services contact numbers, to the tourist guides and brochures, on top of that Carmen fits us with comprehensive descriptions and recommendations for what to see and where to eat. Of course she didn't forget to add complete business card of that palaces :-) and offered us any help we would needed. I you looking for place to home for vacation in quite place, also with short distance to Valencia. This is the great place for you.
