Could be better- IF.....
We were there for a wedding- Hotel was convenient to the wedding venue. Hotel had a nice feel to it. I am a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't free and that we had to pay for coffee! $15.50 for two cups..... I am not talking about the coffee you will find in your room.

Room was aesthetically pleasing. Shower had huge crack in the tile and there was hair in the shower. (Only 1 string, but hair nonetheless). Lighting could be improved, especially by mirror at the entrance. Very dark. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Did not use pool or gym.

The location is ideal. I stayed for three nights. The next day I excepted my room to be cleaned and it never was. I spoke to the front desk they noted that it was listed to be clean and they would reach out to someone to have it done. Later that evening the room was still not cleaned. I contacted the front desk again and they stated I had the Do Not Disturb sign up which obviously was not the case. I told them it was unacceptable and I was informed there was no way to have my room cleaned at that time because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. I requested a room change and was granted one. The problem I have is that you don’t go away for the weekend to have to worry about not having proper room service especially when you pay for it. It was an inconvenience for me and a waste of time. The cleaning stay should be held accountable.
