Independent gîte located on the edge of the Orléans forest in a preserved natural setting, very quiet, close to the owners with a space reserved for the gîte, not enclosed. Renovation with solar water heater. Children's swing. GROUND FLOOR: Dining room/Living room with fireplace, open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine), separate WC.
UPSTAIRS: Landing with office area, 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 120x190 bed, and one bedroom with 1 90cm bed and 1 baby bed with bars.
EXTERIOR: Unfenced land. Wooden garden table, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue.
