Room is clean and well kept, although the furniture could use a bit of renewing. It’s very spacious and the view from the room is nice. Staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to suminokoen station, and close to stores like daiso, lotteria and donki. I had a great stay

Nice hotel, boring location.
Hotel was nice enough. Fairly decent sized rooms, certainly bigger than the hotels in Tokyo. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Only disappointing thing was the location. There really isn't that much to do. Thankfully the hotel is next to a station

Easy to find location. Close to subway with easy access to all of Osaka. Room is clean and neat. Breakfast is great but some of the customers are from countries without good manners or common courtesy.

Bets western not clearly mentioned. Actual name Oskar dreams. Very close if you get out of station by exit 5. Otherwise have to drag luggage up stairs. No elevator or escalator. Double rooms are of different sizes. Have to check the size. Otherwise really small.

The room was dirty for Japanese standards. The hotel looked a bit tired, especially the carpets in the bedrooms. The area where the hotel was located was very practical: loads of nice, affordable restaurants. Excellent located next to station. Very good parking facilities.

It was a very good stay, the room is incredibly comfortable and quite large. It is in a really good location with many restaurants (Mastuya and Rikuro bakery) and stuff to go see (Suminoe temple/park). We could have taken a train from the airport, but opted for a taxi instead. It costs us around 12000 yen. We arrived around 9am, and checkin isn't until 3. They were unable to give us a room until 2pm, which was very nice of them. They didn't have any English speakers on staff until around 1pm, so it was difficult for us to understand how long we needed to wait unil something was ready. Overall, 4/5

インテック大阪から少し離れてるけど便利
大雨の中、駅から濡れずにチェックインできて助かりました。 また周囲に食事処も多い上に、朝6時半からやっているホームセンターにも歩いて数分と、便利な場所。 そして窓の外を見ると、大阪を一望できて得した気分になりました。
