Discover the perfect holiday rental where nature meets comfort. Nestled along a reserve waterfront, our stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers an unforgettable getaway with breathtaking views and abundant wildlife right at your doorstep.

Picture yourself sipping your morning coffee on the spacious deck, as colorful birds dance in the trees and take in the natural surroundings or spend your afternoon sipping on a wine taking in the sensational sunset.
Take leisurely walks along the reserve, bring your kayak or paddle board and explore the waters, throw a fishing line in or simply just relax and take it all in.

You'll love spending time in our beautiful living area, complete with large windows offering uninterrupted views of the water. With a fully equipped kitchen having amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, stove, all cookware and pantry basics that would be necessary, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Modern bathroom provided with all bath linen, you will also find a welcome supply of toilet paper and hand soap.
For added convenience, there's a second bathroom located in the garage& laundry, perfect for those wanting extra privacy or for cleaning up after a day of exploring the outdoors.

This home is well suited for a family or a group of couples, sleeping up to 6 guests in total.

Relaxing getaway also invites pets to the property as it is fully securely fenced, perfect for your fur babies to enjoy the scenery. This fully fenced yard also is great for young kids so you can relax on the balcony while the youngsters play.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

I didn’t want to go home!
The property was immaculate, beautifully presented and fresh and light. The beds were very comfortable, it was close to shops and a good swimming and playing area for children - but that view!! I spent hours just sitting and looking at the lake. Even my fur baby was happy just to sit and watch the boats and people as the walked along the reserve. Sunsets with a glass of wine were wonderful!

All about the view
We enjoyed a lovely short break. The house was very comfortable, with pretty much everything you could want. The views are incredible and you can enjoy a lovely walk along the reserve. It’s peaceful and calm. Would definitely recommend.

We loved it there. This is our first time at the Lake, and it was surprisingly calm and relaxing. The house was clean and had everything that we needed and wanted. We would love to come back at a different season.

We had a great stay over a long weekend. Property manager was very responsive and the place was very clean. Lovely balcony to sit and watch the sunsets. As we were there in winter an outdoor gas heater would be a great addition but that's just being picky.

Really loved our stay at this house. Had a beautiful outlook, lots of books/ games/ recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The property manager was also super friendly and approachable during our stay.

Beautiful home unfortunately not suitable for us.
The house was very well equipped & very clean. Quiet location & very relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset over the lake, would be lovely if there was a comfy outdoor lounge rather than benches. Summerland Point local shops have everything you need for shopping & takeaway food. Unfortunately, my mother who is 85 years old was unable to take advantage of the reserve at your backdoor as the pathway was way too steep for her. We would have definitely rebooked but is just not suitable for us.

A beautiful setting on Lake Macquarie to relax. House had everything we needed and the view from the deck at sunset will live in our memories for ever. Our dog loved it - sitting on the deck watching everyone go by. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely views and great break away
The property was cosy but big enough for our group and with those views it was very relaxing. The walk along the front was beautiful, the local shops have enough for what you need and our dog had a ball. It was very clean and well supplied, we didn’t need anything else. Fantastic spot for a quiet get away, right on the water. Thankfully the weather cleared up to catch the beautiful sunsets. Spacious living dining to take in the lake view and loved the fenced yard that wrapped to the balcony for the doggos. Will definitely book again

Lovely lake house for lazy days
We had a beautiful couple of days at this gorgeous house, despite the wind and rain. Everything was as described. Despite the weather there were some gorgeous sunsets and the kids loved fishing down at the wharf in front of foodworks . Thank you Kaitlyn for being so hospitable and helpful. Would love to rerun in summer.

Our second stay this year and we'll be back! Lovely comfortable home in a beautiful lakeside location. A perfect break for us as we drive Melbourne - Gold Coast and back each year, and the property allows our dog to be with us. My only minor criticism is the small double beds; a difficult adjustment for those of us used to king size, but we work around it by using separate rooms. Thanks again for a delightful stay.

Amazing view of the lake
We had a lovely weekend at Summerland Point (4 adults and 2 dogs). Very comfortable and well-equipped. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs and joined onto the deck which was convenient. Absolutely stunning view of the lake from the house and the large deck. Beautiful sunsets too! Easy walk (no stairs) down the path behind the deck to the reserve and waters edge. Be aware that the second bathroom is in the garage (as described) and the garage is close but not attached to the house. Kaitlyn was great to deal with. We'll be back!
